Kevin represents business owners in complex commercial disputes involving contracts, ownership rights, and operational conflicts. His practice focuses on matters such as contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, and disputes arising out of the purchase and sale of businesses. He is particularly experienced in post-transaction disputes, including disagreements over deal terms, performance, and the parties’ respective obligations after closing. He knows how these cases are built because he's built them, deposed witnesses, tried them, and won.

In addition to his business practice, Kevin represents real property owners in disputes involving ownership, access, and financial exposure. This includes quiet title and boundary disputes, easement and access conflicts, and commercial nondisclosure claims, as well as disputes arising from the purchase and sale of real property.

Kevin cuts through the complexity, identifies what matters to his client, and finds the clearest path to the right outcome. His breadth of experience across real estate and business law means he sees the full picture and knows how the pieces fit together in ways that specialists sometimes miss. Kevin focuses on early case framing, practical risk assessment, and developing strategies aligned with his clients’ broader business and ownership objectives.

A former NCAA College World Series baseball player, Kevin brings the same competitiveness and team-first mindset to his practice that he carried onto the field. He is a member of the State Bar of California's Real Property Law Section and formerly served on the Board of Trustees and as Chair of the Planned Giving Committee for the Marshall Foundation for Community Health.
