Jessica's background involves defending industry leaders and emerging companies in their most complex workplace decisions and legal disputes.  This litigation instinct drives everything she does, including the advice she gives long before anyone ends up in a courtroom.

Jessica represents employers across the full employment lifecycle, from smarter hiring practices and workplace policies to navigating claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, misclassification, and wage-and-hour violations. She also assists clients in developing policies and compliance measures designed to reduce potential exposure.

Jessica transitioned from her position at a global Big Law firm to launch her own practice—not because it wasn't working, but because she saw a gap in services available to her community.  She strives to provide  top-tier legal representation and strategic counsel to a broad range of clients in a focused, responsive, and cost-conscious environment.

Jessica grew up in a small mountain town with a family of entrepreneurs and is a former college rower.  She previously served on the California Equal Pay Task Force and co-chaired Orrick's Equal Pay Task Force, and she brings that same thoughtfulness and leadership to the practical realities her clients face every day. When she's not lawyering, Jessica spends time outdoors and adventuring with her family.
